GLOBAL ASPECTS OF BUSINESS SECURITY AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT

Summary

The paper deals with the aspects of technical, production and market security of business and the usage of high technologies for the protection of information safety. Considering the demands of globalizatio it mainly focuses on technical and information security issues, the global aspects of using defense and dual-use technologies in business activities for this purpose; as well as the modern trends of production of innovative techniques and technologies and market integration. This confirms the expediency of participation of business enterprises in the European scientific and technological researches and their European integration, which is necessary to increase the efficiency of its market results. To some extent, the paper considers the issues of assessment of business innovation and technological development levels. It is a precondition for the use of defensive and dual-use technologies for business purposes. In this regard much emphasis is put on dual-use defense technologies, which can be used for defensive purposes., i.e. for manufacturing military equipment for business enterprises, as well as in civil industry in order to produce social security tools .

On the example of companies and commercial organizations the paper discusses the importance of the use of dual-use technologies in business. For this purpose, I analyze the fundamentals of business information security during the current global transformations, in particular, the protection of the technological safety of the company is investigated using computer innovations, reliable storage devices, and protective innovative techniques needed for transmission. This is necessary for the protection of information about the companies' activities, for hiding information from competitors about the market processes in protect order to protect the safety of business and service systems of the firm in the market processes..

When analyzing business security problems, there is a major focus on defensive and dual-use technologies, which is important for promoting high technology usage in the business system of production and for increasing their competitiveness as well as the revenue and market efficiency. This is a prerequisite for the development of Euro-entrepreneurship, the economic security of Georgia, technological improvement of business and the formation of innovative business in times of globalization.
